Yeah so today the NFL suspended Michael Vick indefinitely (that means for a longgg time)with out pay and Nike dropped his endorsement deal. Vick's looking @ a maximum of 5 years and substantial fine (not that it matters), not to mention the fact that he's not getting paid for anything right now and his NFL career might be over. It's a shame that this had to happen to such a great athlete, someone that was just reaching his prime. I feel that what Vick did is wrong but he isn't the only one doing it, and he's certainly not the most involved. I feel that Vick could have handled the situation a little better though, he denied the allegations originally and now he's entering a plea bargain(not that this is uncommon). I'm sure everyone that supported him(including myself) feels a little betrayed by these new developments.
According to the plea bargain Vick should receive minimal punishment as long as he agrees to testify in other dog fighting related cases(proving that he's deeply involved in dog fighting HAHA). I can't see him doing more than a year-but what do I know.
