So yesterday I watched a special on the history channel about the history of coffee. If you don't know already, I'm a HUGE coffee drinker. I probably drink about 4 cups of coffee a day(depending on what you consider a cup) on weekends even more. Anyway, the special was amazing! I had no idea coffee was such a hot commodity(literally, it's the second most traded commodity next to oil).
The special really made me want to learn more about different coffee types and brewing methods. I've decided that I will become a coffee guru and hopefully will open a coffee "lounge" in the east village someday!
