Internet users that "download too much" can get cut off by their internet providers- Downloading too much slows down "the network" for everyone and must be eliminated! According to Comcast, getting cut off from the internet is "very rare" but regardless, it's still happening.
My suggestion is you lay off downloading those porno movies and illegal music so you don't get "cut offf"!
