Looks like The Carter III is getting bad reviews. That doesn't mean much though because I doubt Wayne gives two shits what any reporter thinks of his music. Bottom line is this is the biggest album of the year. Biggest album since Jay's return to rap, only album that might be on this level would be Kanye's Graduation, but that's IT!
I feel like I'm in Wayne's World-as in Lil' Wayne's world because that's all I'm being exposed to. A couple nights ago I was at a party and for two hours, people were just bumping the Carter III. From a little ass Bose stereo too. The kind that people put in their kitchens. I was walking around and everyone was talking about the local Weezy concert that I heard was AMAZING. It unbelievable, because it's EVERYONE that's feeling Weezy. It's not just black kids from the ghetto, it's preppy ass rich white kids that I go to school with.
Basically, NO ONE is fucking with Weezy right now. Go BUY the album people. I already got the leak, I'll admit that, but I'll also get my hard copy, and pay for the online download.
